Tennis London is the leading agent for private home rentals in Wimbledon. We’ve been in the business for over 28 years and have forged very special relationships with the players, the media and most of the global corporations and international companies who visit Wimbledon for the two weeks or more of the tournament every June/July.
Location is paramount! Your home must be within a 20 minute walk of AELTC . Your rental income will be dependent on location, size and decor of your home. The closer you are to the tournament, the more desirable your home becomes; the posher it is, the better the income. There’s a good market for big and small homes as long as you are in the catchment and the accommodation is fully furnished, so please take a look at our map. Facilities like wireless broadband, washing/drying machines are essential and our tenants expect quite high levels of presentation and comfort.
It’s a very personal business, renting your home to a stranger during the tournament. For over 25 years I have successfully looked after my Owners and Guests. Regarding insurance during their stay – although accidents are extremely rare, sharing your home with guests can cause concerns when it comes down to property damage, theft or if a guest has an accident and suffers an injury. Tennis London strongly encourages you to have your own insurance in place that covers you for when you have guests to stay which is why we have partnered with Guardhog, specialists in home-sharing insurance who can help put these concerns to bed.
