Off the entrance hall is a comfy sitting room with a 32″ TV that has Netflix/Amazon/Sky sport as well as the usual terrestrial channels. There is a guest cloakroom with a basin and loo as well as a separate utilty room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The large family room is divided into three areas, a fully equipped kitchen space, a dining table seating 6-8 and a lounging space in front of a 42″ TV. The glass doors open fully in warm weather opening onto a pretty garden where there is garden furniture, a gas BBQ and Pizza oven.
Upstairs on the first floor are two bedrooms: one is a twin with two single beds, 3ft wide each and fiitted wardrobes; the other is a double with a queen size double bed, 5ft wide with fitted wardrobes.
