In the garage space is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as gym equipment including : 2 x 16 KG kettle bells, 1 x 20 KG kettle bells, 2 x 24 KG kettle bells, 1 x 12 KG kettle bells and a 1 (genuine) TRX with secure wall anchor – in the master bedroom
Up on the first floor is a fully fitted kitchen and a breakfast table that can seat 6. Equipment included an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. There is a 50” TV up on the wall which has Netflix as well as the usual terrestrial channels. The double sitting room has a comfy sofa which is a sofabed in front of another TV 32” wide. the other half of the room has another sofa and a door leading out onto a small balcony where there is a BBQ.
Up on the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with a queen size double bed, 5ft wide, a wardrobe and and a small 19” TV. The guest double has a king size, 5’6” wide double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. They share a bathroom with a power shower, basin and loo.
