On the ground floor there is a new kitchen that is fully fitted with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar with three stools. Wifi is present and there large TV sets in all bedrooms with Virgin Sports/Netflix/Amazon as well as the usual terrestrial channels. The spaciouis L-shapped sitting room is divided into two sections. The expanding dining table could seat 10 easily and there is a hatchway direct into the kitchen for food service. French doors lead from the sitting room out onto a pretty garden that has garden furniture and a BBQ. The sitting room area has a big lounging sofa and a black leather “Eames” armchair in front of the large screen TV. The guest cloakroom has a basin, loo and the washer/dryer machine.
To the right of the front door is a bed-sit which can have a 5ft wide double bed or remain a single, and it has a shower room and separate loo and basin.

Upstairs on the first floor: the master bedroom has a super king size 6ft wide double bed and TV on the wall opposite and the en-suite bathroom has a shower over the bath with a screen, basin and loo. The two other double bedrooms on this floor share a bathroom which has a power shower cubicle, basin and loo. Up in the loft is the 5th double bedroom with a 5ft wide queen size double bed and a workstation. The staircase up is quite steep, and there are no bathroom facilities on this top floor.
