This very chic and comfortable home is within 15 minutes’ walk of the Tourney thru the Park. Newly decorated throughout, it has a lovely south facing garden with outdoor dining and a BBQ. There is an electronic awning to shade the kitchen during hot summer days! Wifi is present.

The sitting room has two big comfy sofas and coffee table in front of a 64″ TV/Netflix/Amazon/Now TV/Freeview and the usual terrestrial channels. There is a guest cloakroom with a basin and loo. The brand new spacious and modern kitchen has a 4 ring induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Coffee machine, and concealed in a walk in cupboard a washing machine with drying racks for clothes. The dining table seats 6 easily and the big glass doors open fully onto the garden where there is a table, chairs and BBQ.
Upstairs on the first floor are three bedrooms: two good size doubles and a small single bedroom with a 3ft wide bed. One double is a king, 5’6” wide the other a standard 4’6” wide. The family bathroom has a power shower over the bath with a curtain, basin and loo.
Up in the loft conversion is the big Master bedroom with a king size, 5’6” wide double bed and an ensuite shower room with a basin and loo. There is a balcony overlooking all the gardens at the back, yet not overlooked.
The owner has a bee hive at the bottom of the garden, but this will not impact your stay, but a cat lives here too, so please bear this in mind if you have allergies. It wont be there whilst you are! N.b the railway track is 7 houses away so there is a muffled sound with the windows open when they pass. Trains do not run from midnight to 5am.
