To the right of the large entrance hall the double sitting room is comfortably furnished with sofas, chairs and side tables along with a 55” TV which has Netflix, Amazon Prime, Now TV on which you can watch Sky football. A glass door leads out onto the dining terrace. The guest bathroom has a power shower, basin and loo. The hall then leads on into a big modern kitchen fully equipped with an induction electric hob, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, De Lungi expresso machine, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area is under an atrium roof and the table seats 6: a TV in the corner measures 40”. A glass door leads out onto a paved dining terrace with a table, chairs and BBQ. Up three steps and you are in a lovely, landscaped garden.
Up on the first floor are three double bedrooms each with a standard 4’6” wide double beds and wardrobes (two double beds not shown in photo, but will be installed for your stay.)The largest bedroom on this floor can have the 4th TV set if required, but you must ask before arrival so it can be installed. The family bathroom has a power shower cubicle, bath, basin and loo. Up on the 2nd floor is the big Master bedroom with a super king size double bed, 6ft wide. There is a 42” TV screen on the wall opposite the bed, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a power shower cubicle, basin and loo.
