Off the entrance hall is a comfortable TV room with a large sofa, 52” TV with sky sports/Netflix/amazon and DVD. There is a guest cloakroom under the stairs with a basin and loo opposite which is the utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink with drying rails. The very large family room has a fully equipped kitchen area with fitted units, an induction hob and double electric oven as well as a breakfast bar. The dining table seats 8 and a there is a comfy sofa in front of a 37” TV. The glass doors open onto a landscaped garden where there is a built in BBQ area, table, chairs and garden beyond.
Upstairs on the first floor is the Main bedroom with a super king size double bed, fitted wardrobes and there is a 32” TV on the chest of drawers opposite the bed. The guest double has a 4’6” standard double bed and French doors lead out onto a roof terrace. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a large walk-in power shower, oval bath, basin and loo.
Up on the 2nd floor are two more bedrooms, currently with single beds, but these will be changed into standard doubles for your stay, unless you want a kid’s room or nursery. The shower room has a basin and loo.
