Off the entrance hall is a comfortable sitting room with a 32” TV screen and there’s another 50” screen in the large living room cum kitchen/dining room with Netflix/and Virgin media which also gives you Sky sports. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and two stools as well as an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and in the utility space is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining table seats 6-8 and French doors lead out from the tv lounging area onto a dining terrace where there is a gas BBQ and garden furniture. There is a guest cloakroom off the hall with a basin and loo.

Upstairs on the first floor are two double bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen size 5ft wide double bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a power shower cubicle, basin and loo. The smaller double has a standard 4’6” wide double bed and the guest bathroom has power shower over the bath with a screen, basin and loo.

On the 2nd floor are two more double bedrooms, one with a standard 4’6” wide bed and the other with a queen, 5ft wide. They share a “Jack and Jill” bathroom (i.e. access from both bedrooms) that also has a shower over the bath with a screen, basin and loo.
