Double doors open into a very large atrium style living space with a kitchen area, dining area and comfy TV slouching on a big cream leather sofa in front of a 65” screen which has all the usual terrestrial channels as well as Netflix/Amazon/Sky sports. Next door is another large TV room with another 65” TV. (Good place for a massage table!). The kitchen is fully equipped with a halogen hob, double electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and in the utility room is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The integral garage is accessed from the utility room, so you can drive straight into the house for good security. Off the hall is a beautiful guest cloakroom with a basin and loo.
Upstairs on the first floor there is a chic new double bedroom with ensuite shower room. The bed will be a king, 5’6” wide with fitted wardrobes. (no photo as the builders are just finishing it off, In April 2022). Upstairs into the older part of the house on the 2nd floor are two double bedrooms, each with a king size double beds and ensuite bathrooms.
