The spacious entrance hall leads into a large family room divided into three sections: a fully equipped and ultra modern kitchen area, a dining space with a table and chairs for 8 and then on into an atrium space with a big comfy sofa and two armchairs and coffee table in front of a huge 79” TV screen showing in addition to the usual terrestrial channels: Sky (not sports, but can be arranged at your expense), Netflix and Amazon. Kitchen equipment includes a steam oven, microwave, double oven and induction hob, two fridge/freezers and dishwasher. In good weather the big glass doors slide back opening the room onto a secluded dining terrace with BBQ and landscaped garden beyond. Also on the ground floor is a guest bathroom with a bath, basin and loo and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs on the first floor is a large bedroom with outside space which makes for great ventilation on a hot summer night. The bed is a super king, 6ft wide and there are fitted wardrobes. Across the landing is another bedroom, currently a dressing room with lots of wardrobes and the sofa which will be replaced with a queen size double bed, 5ft wide. The fab ensuite bathroom with its black with diamond speckled walls has a power shower cubicle, a bath, basin and loo.

Up on the 2nd floor is another double bedroom with a 5ft wide (Queen) double bed and the ensuite bathroom has chic black and white marble walls a large power shower cubicle, bath, basin and loo. The other bedroom will be a Twin with two single beds 3ft wide (the table will be removed). The bathroom, immediately next door, has a power shower cubicle, basin and loo.

nb. the house is in a cul de sac, so private and quiet. However there is vehicular access restriction into the cul de sac from the road outside in operation from 8-9am and 2.45 – 4pm in the afternoons M-F. I do not think the restrictions will affect you during the Championships when using the Tourney cars.
