French doors lead out onto the terrace where there is some smart garden furniture and a gas BBQ. The family TV room also has the full sky sports package where there is a huge 64” TV with all the internet channels as well as the terrestrial ones. Of course Wifi is present. There is a formal dining room with an antique table that would seat 8/10. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen has a breakfast table seating 8 under an atrium roof with glass doors that lead out into the rear terrace and garden. The cooking is on gas, with an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. In the utility room is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a guest cloakroom, off the hall with a basin and loo.

Up in the loft is another double bedroom with a standard 4’6” wide bed with a shower room next door that has a cubicle, basin and loo.
