Off the entrance hall is a very large double sitting room. One half is furnished with comfy sofas, chairs, coffee table and a 42” TV with the usual terrestrial channels as well as Netflix/Now tv/BT sport. There is a billiard table in the other half of the room, not shown. The guest cloakroom is beneath the stairs with a basin and loo; the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The huge atrium style kitchen cum dining room has a glass doors that opens in good weather onto the big garden where there is table tennis (not shown) and a dining terrace with furniture and a BBQ. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a halogen hob, double electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and there is a cafetiere for coffee lovers. The dining table seats 8 easily and there is a small TV in a corner with some comfy chairs overlooking the back garden.
