On the ground floor is a study which would be a good place for a massage table. The elegant drawing room has a dining table seating 6-8, comfortable sofas and a piano for those of a musical bent. French doors open onto a faux balcony overlooking the back garden, providing good ventilation on a hot summer night. There is a guest cloakroom with a basin and loo.
Downstairs is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table seating 6. There is a comfy Tv room with a large modern sofa unit (which could become a double bed, if necessary) in front of a 72” Screen with Sky sports, Eurosport, Netflix, Amazon, Disney and all the usual terrestrial channels. The guest bathroom has a power shower cubicle, basin and loo (4th bathroom). The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen equipment includes a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. The glass door opens onto a patio dining area with furniture and a gas BBQ. Stairs lead up to the Astroturf garden where there is table tennis and a jacuzzi.
Up on the first floor is the master bedroom with its king size double bed, 5’6” wide, a dressing area with fitted wardrobes and a 42” TV on the wall opposite the bed which is connected to the same TV stations as mentioned above. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, power shower cubicle, basin and loo. Across the landing is another bedroom with a queen size 5ft wide double bed and ensuite shower room with a basin and loo.
Upstairs are three more bedrooms: two doubles with standard 4’6” wide double beds and a single bedroom with a 3ft wide bed, all sharing a bathroom with a shower over the bath with a curtain, basin and loo.
