The ground floor has been totally revamped in the past year, creating a huge L-shaped living/dining/kitchen space with a separate breakfast area and playroom. To the left of the entrance hall is a chic sitting room with a 42” TV screen, a comfy sofa and a piano for those of a musical bent! Might be a good room for a massage table. Then you move on into the very a large open-plan split- level space. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a 5 ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. There is a breakfast area tucked away with a table seating 4-6. Back in the main room, up a step and you are in the new atrium space with a dining table seating 8 + and a lounging space in front of a 64” TV screen with Netflix, Amazon and all the usual terrestrial channels. The glass doors open onto a dining terrace with smart garden furniture and BBQ. Up a couple of steps and you are in a lawned area with some kids climbing frames. Also, there is a guest loo and basin beneath the stairs.
On the first floor are four bedrooms: the principle guest double with its king size double bed in a sleigh bedstead is 5’6” wide. Next door is a guest bathroom with a power shower cubicle, basin and loo as well as the washing machine and tumble dryer along with drying racks. Then there are two more bedrooms currently with single beds, 3ft wide (one of these will be converted into a double). The study has a 4ft wide futon bed. These three bedrooms can use the family bathroom that has a corner bath, shower attachment, basin and loo, or the other guest shower room on this floor.
Up in the loft conversion is the very large Master bedroom which has a marvellous view over South London. The bed is a super king, 6ft wide with a 42″ TV at the end of the bed. There is a dressing room area and a large marble ensuite bathroom which has a power shower, basin and loo. A door leads out from the dressing area onto a sunny roof terrace which overlooks the back and front gardens. There are two sun beds and some other furniture here.
