Spacious, modern and within 6 minutes’ walk of the Aorangi Gate into the tourney, this quiet, secluded, and detached Scandi style home has excellent ventilation on a hot summer night in all four double bedrooms which have Juliet balconies overlooking the back garden. There is off street parking for 2-3 cars.

The ground floor is open plan, cleverly divided off into 2/3 separate spaces. The large, fully equipped kitchen has a big lounging area in front of a 50” Tv screen which features, Sky Sport, Netflix, Amazon, Disney and Apple Tv as well as the usual terrestrial channels. The dining table seats 6-8 and glass doors open into the sitting room where there is a grand piano, comfy sofas, chairs and a small separate room with an exercise bike and some weights. French doors lead out from the kitchen, the sitting room and the exercise room into the back garden which is equipped with an outdoor kitchen including a pizza oven, fridge, patio heater and BBQ. There is a trampoline, jacuzzi and lap pool. There is a large single bedroom/playroom which might be good for a cook. Opposite is a guest cloakroom with a basin and loo as well as a separate utility room where there is a large multi jet power shower, basin and loo as well as the washing machine and tumble dryer. A cat and a dog live here, not during your stay, though!
Up on the first floor are 4 double bedrooms and bathrooms: the master bedroom has a king size double bed, 6 ft wide and an ensuite bathroom with an oval bath, power shower cubicle, basin and loo. There are two more double bedrooms each with standard 4’6” 2iwde double bed and ensuite shower room each with a basin and loo. The 4th double bedroom also has a standard 4’6” wide double bed and the bathroom is opposite and has a shower over the bath with a screen, basin and loo. Up in the attic is a big playroom with lots of toys and a bed that converts into a king size double, 6ft wide. Up here there is also a cloakroom with a basin and loo.
