Located on the corner of Berkeley Place and Ridgway this newly refurbished ground floor flat has off street parking and is within 20 minutes’ walk of the tourney. The village high street is less than a 4 minute walk. There are local shops very close by.

Leading up to the front door is a very sunny split level patio garden with a table and chairs and BBQ. Then the front door opens into a small hallway with the living room off to the left and the bedrooms to the right. Straight ahead is the bathroom where there is a power shower cubicle, bath, basin and loo.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine with rails to dry clothes, but no dishwasher. The living room has a glass dining table and four chairs as well as a comfy sofa and coffee table in front of a 49” TV with Sky sports and the usual terrestrial channels.
The main bedroom has a standard 4’6” wide double bed and fitted wardrobes. There is a small bedroom down three steps that has a 4ft wide sofabed for the occasional guest.
