Quiet and very private, this spacious, modern home has just two levels. Tucked away in a cul de sac behind a high fence this detached house is secure and one of my favourite Wimby homes. There’s off street parking for one car and you can walk into the Village within 5 minutes and its a 15 minute walk to the tourney. Wifi is present.
To the left of the entrance hall is a spacious L-shaped kitchen-cum-dining room. The dining table can expand to seat 12 and the garden is just thru the French doors. The fully equipped kitchen and pantry take up the rest of this large space. There is a 6 ring gas hob, double electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine, with the washing machine with racks for drying in the utility room. Opposite the front door is a guest cloakroom with a basin and loo. This section of the house including the kitchen has both underfloor heating and air-con.
To the right of the hall is a double height, elegant sitting room with a comfy sofa, coffee table and arm chairs in front of a 64″ TV with sky sports,netflix, amazon and all the usual terrestrial channels. There is a gas log fire for cosy evenings in. French doors lead out onto a beautifully mature and laid out patio garden furnished with a table, chairs and BBQ.
Upstairs the big master bedroom has a super king size double bed in a brown leather surround, 6ft wide. The ensuite bathroom has a large, mosaic, power shower cubicle, oval bath and double basin. The separate toilet and bidet are adjacent. It’s a walk in closet for clothes. The guest bedroom has a king size 5’6” wide double bed in a rattan bedstead. The ensuite power shower/steam room also has a basin and loo. The other guest double bedroom, at the top of the stairs has a standard 4’6″ wide double bed. n.b. because the two other bedrooms are ensuite it does means that the 3rd double bedroom can have the toilet and basin on the ground floor to themselves, but will need to use one of the ensuite bathrooms to shower/bath.
