This very quiet ground floor flat is located within 15 minutes’ walk of the tourney and has off street parking for one car. Located at the bottom of a cul de sac, there is a walkway down into the town just a 5 minute walk, so excellently located for all those great restaurants on Wimby Hill Road!
The living room has a large comfy 4 seater sofa in front of a 40” TV screen with Sky Sports, Netflix etc. and of course Wifi is present. French doors open out onto a spacious terrace where there is a table seating 6-8 and a BBQ. A gate leads onto a communal garden three steps down. The fully fitted kitchen area has a breakfast bar, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and there is a tumble dryer in the airing cupboard.
The master bedroom has a king size double bed, 5’6” wide and an ensuite shower room with a basin and loo. The guest double has a standard 4’6” wide double bed with an ensuite shower room with a basin and loo. The family bathroom has a power shower over the bath with a screen, basin and loo.
There is another double bedroom and bathroom available making this accommodation 3 double which will mean the rate increases to £3,000pw
