The apartment has a spacious private terrace which has garden furniture and a BBQ and overlooks the quiet communal gardens at the back. The owner has a young child. All the toys and baby stuff will be removed for your stay. Unless you need a cot and changing station too.
The sitting room is furnished with a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a dining table that seats four. The TV is 40” and has sky sports/netflix and Amazon Prime as well as the usual terrestrial channels. French doors lead out onto the private terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, nespresso machine and a microwave. There is a washing machine, with racks for drying.
There are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 5ft wide, Queen size double bed and a new ensuite bathroom that has a power shower over the bath with a screen, a double basin unit and loo. The guest bedroom has a standard 4’6” wide double bed and fitted wardrobes. The guest bathroom has a large walk in power shower, basin and loo.
