Off the entrance hall is a study with a desk, chairs and small sofa, a good place for a massage table! Then you move on into a spacious sitting room with a blue L-shaped sofa, perfect for lounging on whilst watching the 63” TV screen (with sky sports/Netflix/Amazon Prime), or if you prefer there is a huge cinema screen that descends from the ceiling creating your own private cinema. The sliding glass doors open onto a balcony which in turn leads up onto the sun deck and down into the garden which is also accessed from the lower ground floor. The guest cloakroom, off the hall, has a basin and loo.

On the lower ground floor is the big kitchen cum dining room. The kitchen area is fully equipped and the dining table, beside the sliding glass doors, seats 8. There is another 48” TV up on the wall. Upstairs on the 2nd floor are three more double bedrooms: one is ensuite with a shower over the bath with a screen, basin and loo the other two doubles share a bathroom with a power shower, bath, basin and loo.
